Brief & Design
The workshop turns your interior vision into production-ready specifications, and every exchange runs through one contact at Ubud Atelier. This is the most important phase, ambiguity here is the primary cause of delays and cost overruns in custom furniture projects.

- Mood board alignment: reference pieces are confirmed with the workshop, and anything outside its production range is flagged before quotation

Weeks 3-10, indicative
Production
The workshop team dedicates this phase entirely to your order. Production is sequenced, structural frames first, then finishing, then upholstery and hardware, so quality checks happen at each stage, not just at the end.

Quality Control & Loading
Every piece is inspected by the workshop against the original specification before it is wrapped and loaded. This phase cannot be rushed, it is the last point at which any issue can be corrected without impact on your timeline.

- Dimensional verification (tolerances: ±3mm on frames, ±1mm on hardware)
- Finish and colour consistency check across all pieces in the order
- Full photography of every piece before protective wrapping

Shipping & Delivery
Full Container Load (FCL) sea freight from Bali (Benoa port). The workshop and its freight forwarders handle the logistics chain to your site.

Can clients visit the workshop during production?
Yes. Visits to the workshop in Kerobokan can be arranged during production. Travel to Bali is at the client's own cost.
